I come from a business background where excellence in client service is required, so of course when I get to experience it, I am thrilled! Successful relationships are built on the ability to communicate and this is where Dr. Reese excels. Her consigner practice enables me to have a very personal style of medical care that includes being able to reach out to her anytime the need arises. Dr. Reese has assembled an excellent office staff that has eliminated the dreaded " waiting room" experience. My time in the DR. office is now filled discussing the path she has for my medical needs. Her sweet spirit puts me at ease about any questions/concerns I might have. There are no words to express how grateful I am for the services she has given me and the referral appointments she has arranged for me!! My twin sister and I have practiced in our community in San Antonio, Texas between us for 60 years as Registered nurses. We feel knowledgeable and professionally trained to communicate to others how pleased we were with Dr. Vilaythong. Her diagnostic skills and bedside manner with our 92 year old mother were exceptional. We have already reached out to others to recommend her services. While her patients are her top priority, Dr. Vilaythong still makes time to give back to her community. She took time out of her busy schedule to speak to my students about the medical field. Her words inspired some of them who had no prior interest in the medical field to consider a career in medicine. My 90 year old dad and I highly recommend Dr. Jill Vilaythong and the concierge medical team. She is an extremely compassionate and thorough doctor who is always attentive to our medical concerns and questions. My dad has over 8 doctors, and Dr. Vilaythong takes the time to consult with his other physicians to ensure he receives optimal care. We love the fact that she does a great job of educating her patients on medical treatment and concerns by providing a printed summary of the visit and necessary medical literature. She treats her patients the way you would treat loving family members. Appointments may last up to an hour, and you don’t feel rushed to share everything in 5 minutes or less. When you call the office, you are greeted by employees who promptly and courteously answer the phone. There is no phone tree. Most concerns and requests are taken care of in a matter of minutes. If a return call/email is needed, it’s done within 24 hours or less. We were apprehensive about paying additional costs for the concierge program, but the quality of care we receive definitely outweighs the expense. - 8/29/2022 ![Rose C. Dr. Reese has been my physician since 2014 and each visit has been nothing short of the best care possible. No visit has been hurried nor have I left with questions unanswered. this physician has such a caring manner and truly likes her patients and her profession. She is a giving person and easily displays that every time with patients and those around her. I would not want anyone else taking care of me as she allows me to be an active participant in my care. She respects me and listens to me, gives me guidance and the best advice she knows - and she does have great medical knowledge. She does also refer when the care is not in her area of practice. Her staff emulates her caring manners. They are so caring, helpful, and professional. Do I think she is the best - you bet!!
